- Showings are booked through this online appointment scheduling system ONLY. Please do not call or text to request showing appointments.
- 24 hour advanced booking is required for all showings, no exceptions. Most units are occupied and we need to give proper notice to our tenants.
- If you would like to see more than one property, please book a separate showing appointment for each property.
- Due to limited staffing we only have a limited amount of appointments available each week. We also have to work around the schedules of tenants working from home.
- Virtual showings are available. Please book your showing time using the appointment scheduling system and text us at 651.294.9444 to let us know you would like to do your showing virtually on the platform of your choice (FaceTime, Zoom, etc).
- Booking a showing appointment is not a reservation or application for the unit.
- No call/no show showing appointments will not be re-booked.
